TUNISIA to host the CTF7 or 7th COMESA Women in Business Trade Fair and Business Conference

We are honored to announce that Tunis, Tunisia, will serve as the host city for the 7th COMFWB Trade Fair and Business Conference, taking place from July 1st to 3rd, 2026. This landmark event represents a pivotal moment in the advancement of women’s economic empowerment across the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA). Building on the success of six previous editions, the 2026 forum positions Tunisia as a strategic regional hub for trade, innovation, and inclusive economic growth.

The Theme

-----------
"Expanding Intra-African Horizons: Digital Innovation as a Catalyst for Inclusive and Sustainable COMESA Market Access". This year’s theme is structured around interconnected pillars that reflect the evolving priorities and emerging opportunities for women entrepreneurs within the COMESA region.

Objectives and Strategic Vision

-----------
The primary mission of the 7th Trade Fair is to provide a comprehensive ecosystem that empowers women-led enterprises. By connecting entrepreneurs to high-level policy dialogues, investment opportunities, and global knowledge networks, COMFWB aims to bridge the gap between local potential and international market access.

Key highlights of the event include:

-----------

-Broad Representation: Welcoming 400 delegates from all 21 COMESA Member States.

-Business Growth: Showcasing 200 premier women-led enterprises.

-Networking Excellence: Structured B2B matchmaking sessions designed to generate measurable trade leads.

-Capacity Building: Specialized workshops and policy forums focused on regional integration and sustainable practices.

With an expected reach of over 5,000 physical and virtual participants, the conference will catalyze lasting partnerships that drive the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) goals forward.

A Legacy of Impact

------------
The 7th COMFWB Trade Fair is more than a convention; it is a transformative opportunity to position women-led businesses as the primary engines of continental economic growth. Under the leadership of the National Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs (CNFCE) as the host chapter, and with the robust support of the Tunisian government, this edition is set to exceed all previous benchmarks in scale, quality, and measurable impact.

Through strategic implementation and a clear focus on success metrics, we ensure that every participant—from grassroots entrepreneurs to institutional investors—finds value and opportunity.

Join us in Tunis as we celebrate the achievements of African women entrepreneurs and ignite the innovations that will transform our regional economy for generations to come.
